Look at the property in person and record the condition, meter readings and the composition of the property upon transfer.
Full price
Add up rent, security deposit, utility costs, internet and transportation. Separate the one-time payment upon entry and recurring expenses. In tourist cities, check to see if the contract is changing for the summer. Do not use the price of a daily occupancy as an indicator of long-term rental.
