Send requests to the legal and postal address of the operator, indicating the essence of the question and the address for response. The policy applies to easykarelia.ru. External sites have the documents of their owners.
2. Website operation without registration
The server receives the IP address, time and URL of each request, browser information and technical headers to deliver pages, protect the site and diagnose errors. Logs are processed by the hosting provider Jino. Search runs in your browser; the query is not sent to a third-party search engine. Photos and fonts are hosted locally. Yandex Metrica is loaded only after separate consent to analytics; without that consent, no requests are sent to the counter.
3. Account and personal plan
When registering, use your login, selected public name, optional email and password. The password and secret recovery code are stored only in the form of cryptographic hashes. The public name may appear next to an approved post. Use a pseudonym if you do not want to publish your real name. Do not provide passport details or other redundant information.
To log in, the required session cookie KARELIA_SESSION is used with HttpOnly and SameSite. The server limits an inactive session to two hours. Saved locations are recorded in the browser's localStorage after your click; with separate synchronization - to your account. The stop order does not include your current geographic location.
4. Questions, feedback and suggestions
The forms use the title, text, name or name of the organization, an optional email, and for individual requests - the date of the event or the organization's website. The data is needed to review the request, moderate it, and respond. The contact email is not published along with the question. To publish text, a separate action indicating the purpose is used; materials are moderated.
Notifications of answers can be sent by a separate mark in the question form. This email contains a link to disable notifications on the topic. An application for a partnership does not automatically mean the conclusion of an agreement. Advertising information is published after verification by the owner.
5. Subscription
Email is used for KARELIA ATLAS letters only after a separate application and confirmation of the address using a one-time link. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. Unconfirmed addresses are not included in mailings. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. Sending a letter through a mail server does not guarantee its delivery; The operator records the job processing status.
6. External card
The overview map works locally. The detailed OpenStreetMap overlay is loaded only after a separate click. 7. Yandex Metrica
After you select “Allow analytics”, Yandex Metrica counter No. 113817114 loads with Session Replay, a click map and link tracking. Yandex receives technical information about the visit, browser, device and interactions with the page, and uses identifiers in cookies and localStorage. The purpose is to understand traffic and improve the website. Form fields and user-submission areas are excluded from Session Replay recordings. The counter does not run on account, editor, personal itinerary or subscription pages.
The visit URL explicitly sent to the counter excludes query parameters and fragments. Do not put personal information in URLs. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. When you refuse analytics, the counter is no longer loaded, any ongoing recording stops when the page reloads, and Metrica identifiers accessible to this site are removed. 8. Legal grounds, protection and retention
Processing is carried out for the stated purposes within the framework of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: on the basis of separately obtained consent where it is required, to fulfill obligations and ensure legitimate interests, taking into account the rights of the visitor. Viewing a page does not constitute universal consent to any processing.
HTTPS, password hashing, role restrictions, request forgery protection, and backups are used. The database of accounts and requests is located outside the public folder of the site. Access is available to persons who need it to support and consider requests. Technical rate limits use a hash of the connection address and a short storage window.
The data is stored within the scope of processing purposes and legal obligations. If the purpose ceases and there is no other reason, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. The timing of specific logs and backups is determined by the hosting and operator settings; information about them can be requested from the operator. The text of the policy does not automatically mean the transfer of personal data to public materials.
9. Visitor rights
You can request information about processing, clarification, blocking or deletion of data if there are grounds, withdraw consent, disable the subscription and appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or the court. Account deletion and related issues can be requested in writing to the address provided. Do not send copies of documents unless necessary; confirmation of the right of access is requested in the manner prescribed by law.
