Legal status, infrastructure and total cost before the contract.
Purpose of the object
First, determine the format of the activity and the necessary conditions. Premises for office, manufacturing, catering and guest accommodation require different inspections. An address in a popular tourist destination does not mean that the chosen activity is acceptable.
Rights and networks
Check the owner, authority of the representative, registry information and restrictions. For the site, specify the permitted use and access, for the premises - power, water, sewerage, loading and operating requirements. Expenses
Add deposit, repairs, equipment, maintenance and connection to the rent. Separately record who bears the costs and what happens if the launch is delayed. The investment map is the beginning of an inspection, and not a legal opinion about the object.
